The First Joint Rotaract District Conference between Districts 7020 and 7030 will be an EPIC one.
Districts 7020 and 7030 falls under zone 34 in Rotary International and each District has over 900 Rotaractors that resides in most of the countries in the Caribbean. 27 countries in total make up the two Districts.
D7020 has countries Jamaica, Haiti, The cayman islands, The Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands, the British Virgin Islands, US Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, Saint Martin, and Anguilla.
D7030 has Trinidad and Tobago, St. Kitts and the Nevis, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, Suriname, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Monsterrat, St Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Curaçao, French Guiana, Martinique and St. Vincent and the Grenadines
Rotaract Conferences are held to conclude a respective Rotaract year. At Conferences, there are training in Rotaract Roles such as President and Vice President, Secretaries, Community Service Directors, etc and non-Rotaract roles. There are also activities for any business meeting and most certainly rewarding and recognizing outstanding performances by District Leaders and Rotaract Clubs. At Rotaract conferences, Rotaractors get to enjoy fun, engaging activities in true Rotaract manner and style.
This Joint Rotaract District Conference is the first of it’s kind to happen in the Caribbean at the Rotaract level. Let it be known that the 2019/2020 Rotaract year is the hallmark of a historic conference and the implementation of beautiful changes under the Leadership of DRR Anya Blankendal (7030) and DRR Clayton Bromley (7020) along with each of their respective boards.
